Delete your account and data

Submit the email connected to your PackProof account. We will email a time-limited confirmation link without revealing whether an account exists.

What happens next

1. Confirm by email or authenticate the linked TikTok account.
2. Deletion is scheduled for seven days later so you can cancel an accidental request in the app.
3. Your profile and evidence uploads are removed. Shared transaction timelines are redacted so the other participant retains an accurate record of actions taken.
